Tier 1 Systems maintains access to a broad network of U.S. and international manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to match the manufacturing solution to the requirement rather than forcing a product into a single production method. Our capabilities span high-volume CNC machining, EDM, anodizing and finishing, carbon-fiber and composite manufacturing, advanced additive manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and other specialized processes. This distributed manufacturing model gives us the flexibility to support everything from rapid prototypes and low-rate initial production to sustained, high-volume manufacturing.

We combine internal design and additive manufacturing capabilities with vetted manufacturing partners selected for their specific expertise, capacity, quality, and ability to scale. As requirements mature, we can transition components between manufacturing processes, introduce improved materials or technologies, and expand production capacity without being constrained by a single facility, process, or legacy production line.
